Whitelisting emails from Vable
Updated over 4 years ago

Sometimes incoming emails get caught in your organization’s spam filter, so to prevent Vable emails getting filtered, your IT department will have to add our emails to the whitelist.

Usually this can be achieved by whitelisting the sender IP addresses, so please ask your IT department to add emails from the following IP addresses to the safe sender list:

  • 198.2.186.250

  • 198.2.186.48

  • 69.169.231.165

  • 69.169.231.166

  • 23.251.238.240

  • 23.251.238.241

  • 23.251.238.242

In some instances, whitelisting must be based on the sender domains. In that instance, please whitelist the following email domains:

  • vable.com

  • alerts.vable.com

  • linexsystems.com

  • opens.linexsystems.com

For some systems, using *.vable.com and *.linexsystems.com  will work in place of listing each variation individually.

In some instances, the mailed-by field is also used to whitelist, in which case you will want to provide your IT team with our sender domain:

delivery.alerts.vable.com

Once whitelisting has been set up, your email server will recognize that emails coming from Vable are genuine and emails to your end users will be received without delay.
