It is best practice to arrange for emails to be sent into your Vable Inbox directly from your publishers. However, you may encounter certain instances where this is not possible. In this case, you may be able to set up a redirect rule to reroute your messages from your own inbox into your Vable Inbox address. Redirecting automatically sends the email to your Inbox in its original state.

Redirect vs. Forward
When setting up your rule to direct emails into the Vable Inbox from your mail client, you will likely find that there are two options to send incoming messages to another address automatically. It is important for Vable Inbox that you set up a redirect rule and not an auto-forward rule.
Redirection sends the email(s) to the intended party in its original state, making it appear as if it was received directly from the original sender. This means that the sender of the email will appear correctly in Vable. The original message also remains in your inbox or its designated folder.
When an email is forwarded, the subject line of the email is amended with an indication that the email has been forwarded (ex: "FW:") and the body of the email contains the original message plus the message's history, including any additional text such as footers. This means that your organization will appear as the sender of the email. The original message also remains in your Inbox or its designated folder.
If you have set up a redirect rule and your emails do not appear to be forwarding to your Vable Inbox, it might be that your IT settings do not allow redirecting to external email addresses. This setting is usually activated for security purposes, to ensure that emails don't automatically end up outside the organization without any manual input. Please contact your IT team and liaise with your Account Manager for support if required.
